Bornet

Introduction

Bornet is an internet café in the heart of “El Born”, a neighbourhood in “La Ciutat Vella” which is the old part of Barcelona.
It is located in the street “Barra de Ferro, 3”, which runs just parallel to “Carrer Princesa” (Metro station: “Jaume I”, line 4).
To sum up its qualities:

  • Access to internet for a fair price.
  • Short distance to main tourist attractions, such as the Picasso museum and the Maria del Mar church.
  • Quite and relaxed atmosphere; a good place also for just taking a coffee or a beer.

  • Located in an authentic and picturesque building, typical of that neighbourhood, with beautiful old brick walls.
  • A regularly updated collection of art on the walls, made by local people and up for sale for reasonable prices.

On the walls of Bornet you can find an exposition of pieces of local artists. This is updated regularly. All of the works are for sale, for reasonable prices.
